How long did it take for your hair to reach your bum?

Currently, my hair is just past my shoulders. The goal is to get it as long as possible while keeping it healthy. If you've got super long hair, can you please give some tips? What are the worst things I could do to it? What are are the best? What do you do with your hair every day at that length to maintain its health? Thanks!

it took me like my whole life.. minus last year when i cut it.

should take about 3 years...dont put gels mouses or any products on it...be careful when u brush comb it and make sure when you go to the hairdressers they only take off the very ends...go once every 3 months.

lol it took me about an hour - i have extensions all the way down to my bum and i love them. my natural hair is shoulder length.

you just need to eat healthy if you want your hair to grow, i know tuna and oily fish generally is a good thing for hair growth. look after it, dont use too much product and avoid blow drying/straightening etc as much as possible. also tie it up at night, a plait is best to avoid it matting at the nape of the neck.

but remember everyone's hair reaches a certain length and thats it - some ppl can grow really long hair and others it stops around their shoulders etc. thats why i got extensions.

Best way to get it there is leave it alone except for the occasional trim. This means no coloring or perming. You will also want to avoid heat styling as much as possible.

Hi i am also trying to grow my hair longm, you knwo what helps a ton is biotin supplement,, i have started taking 5000mg daily, and i feel so many hairs growing out on my scalp. mine is also past teh shoulders..... this is supposed to make your hair grow at twice the rate that it normally grows. also you cant overdose on biotin, but the highest mg they sell is 5000 mg check up online do a search on bioting and hair growth you will get a wealth of info.
